I think if you are too stern with her as a baby she will only realise that you don't like what she is doing. It works better if you take it out regularly and praise it a lot when it does good. If you are too stern with her , this will just cause her to go somewhere when you aren't looking or somewhere you can't see because she knows it upsets you but hasn't gotten the gist of it yet. Then you will be finding little surprises everywhere.

So what do I do if I catch her in the act? Just run her outside? What if she doesn't continue to go outside after I ran her out? haha sorry I'm new to this, just trying to find the most effective way .
