I for one, would be more apt to "donate" $20 if I KNEW that that would be taken off my registration fee, etc.
Maybe we should just do away w/ San Diego and VA altogether...and start fresh  Oh boy...wouldn't that be something.....OR maybe it just might be better!  |
My understanding is the $20 goes towards your registration, but if you can't attend, then it will go towards a Yorkie rescue. That's the way I'm reading it.
