You did great with the kittens. Did your friend offer to take them? I love all animals and would love to see every one have a really great home, but that isn't going to happen and we all know it. I think gentle euthanasia is far better than living on the street, getting injured or killed, getting diseases, being hungry, wet, cold, alone. I believe that God takes care of all of his creatures and their spirits return to Him. A peaceful sleep is far better than a painful life.
