But please go to Babybear's dogster page in his story to the right hand side of the screen you will see how we explain what AAI(Atlantoaxial Instability/Sublaxation) is all about.. Your doc can not tell if the neck is broken by feeling it.. So please.. Read this Dog profile for Wheelie Boy Babybear, a male Yorkshire Terrier this is Babybear's page then please scroll down and you will see the second entry in his diary is how he became disabled.. After I get back from finishing up his therapy I will write more to you.... I will pray that Polo is okay and he needs no further help.. Just thought I would give you a head started on AAI/AAS. |
Thank you so much for sharing your story.
I'm so very very sorry for what you have been through. We'll pray for Babybear to live for many many years. You have been a very good mom to him and he knows that. I give you and your family lots of credit and may God Bless you all especially Babybear, He is a cutie!
I will see my vet next week for Polo has an appointment for his shots. I will mention to her about AAI and see if Polo needs ex-rays to make sure, so far he's been doing good and we pray that it continues that way.
