What do you tell your groomer when you take your baby in? And if you do the grooming, what specific things do you do each time?

Penny is 19 months and no stranger to the groomer, but I usually forget something when I give instructions. And I wonder sometimes if I give the best instructions, anyway. She always comes out looking cute, but I want to make sure I'm taking care of the important areas.
