Don't give Yorkies Ice-Cream, it's just for the mama while she is giving birth to keep her energy and blood sugar levels up (a small amount in a spoon). Otherwise I would suggest never giving your Yorkie or any dog ice cream. Also don't use gloves, combined with the fluids from the birth your pups could slip out of your hands easily with gloves on. Use your bare hands but keep some hand-sanitizer ready (I suggest the foaming kind). |
