I talked to the dog warden this afternoon and he says according to Ohio law tying her up outside is legal, because she has an awning to go under. I personally think this is ridiculous. She is suffering in the heat and the cold, and though she doesn't have a license they failed to seize her as they said they would. So, I guess I search elsewhere, local humane society, shelters, whatever it takes to get her the kind of home she deserves. Any ideas are welcome!
