But I feel your pain, I have 3 boys ages 10, 5 & 4 so I definately have heard the stupid excuses for doing stupid things
I think he will be fine also. Being a water balloon it's probably the small ones right? It shouldn't obstruct anything or get caught up. Don't think the stomache acids will digest it, so just have him be on the lookout, so to say for it
