The walking is really good. Its important to run down there agression and then train him that chewing on your Lucky isn't okay. Then redirect his chewing on something else. Try a bully stick or something. But maybe right there by Lucky and they both get something to calm down and do togeather. That should be after walking. But around a year they do calm down. So there is hope. Right now try to reward his good behavior with Lucky.
