Baxter was fixed a month ago at 5 months old. He is still trying to drive my outside dog nuts. Lucky is at least 45 lbs. Baxter is maybe 6. Baxter barks at him like crazy and tries to chew on him. Fortunately, Lucky doesn't try to eat him but i'm afraid one day he will. Baxter is always on a leash around him so that I can pull him off of Lucky. I was hoping that the neutering would help this situation.
