My bf took each cord behind my computer (believe it or not, but it was messier than yours!) and wrapped each one up in his hand till they were all tight and put a ziptie around each one. It looks so neat now, and they're all behind the computer, so Scooter can't get to them. Works wonders. Also sprayed a bit of bitter spray just in case he got back there, but have never had a problem - no temptations with the cords up high!
