If there's one thing I DON'T need for my 360, it's MORE NOISE! I hate how loud it is already...I can't imagine more fans.
On a serious note, my Xbox is in a well ventilated place though so it's just a crappy older model and I doubt any fan can fix it because it's the heating/cooling cycle that I think is causing the soldering on the heatsinks to crack and fail because it was done cheap.
