It was wonderful! I wanted to take pictures but I don't do so well with fireworks and night shots. Actually, the lake is full of activity for the 4th of July. They have a triathalon where they run around the lake, swim across and bike ride...it's great to watch the kids and older people complete their portion and they go right in front of our house. They also have the Music and Arts festival in the park that's about a half block away...they have tons of great food, demonstrations and vendors set up. They did fireworks Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights so it was a great 4th of July weekend for us. The great part is...our fids aren't bothered by the fireworks at all
