You beat me to this! I read the entire thread and didnt see 'chicken feet' or 'jelly fish' til you!

I LOVE it!! So yummy. It's hard to find a chinese restaurant that serves it--usually "Dim SUm" places. I tried it once in NYC's Chinatown and boy am I hooked!

It was so slimy at first but so tasty! Hubby and I are really big on sushi and Japanese food. They have this appetizer called "Baby Taco" which is baby octopus (cooked), served chilled and marinated in the best sauce! Delish!

Raw oysters..

Pork grinds are pretty yummy too.

oh, and I love anything pickled.
