I spoke with the Dog Warden this morning and they are going to pay her a visit. The dog isn't licensed so they can seize her for up to 72 hours in order to give the owner time to license her, unless she releases her to the warden then she is available for immediate adoption. I did offer her money and she still was hesitant. I'm going to keep in close contact with the dog warden and find out when and if she is available. I'm crossing my fingers that she will be available soon and I will be able to adopt her and provide her with all the love and care she deserves!
