I just got off the phone with the vet and he told me to definitely give Mason 10 to 12 days in order to get back to 100%. He goes back next Monday for a follow-up anyway. This will give him time to finish the antibiotics. He said that Mason is where he should be in terms of recovery. I just need to watch for any regression and bring him in asap if I notice any. If someone saw Mason, they would not think anything is wrong, but I know his personality. He is not back to himself and you know we just worry about our babies when they are down. I just want to snap my fingers and have the old Mason back. I just need to mellow out and be patient.
