We have the human RR with alcohol. The Vitamin Shoppe does carry both but the sales lady said due to it being less diluted, most of the customer's prefer the human variety for their animals and it is what she uses for her cats. I don't know if that is true or not. I wasn't too concerned about the alcohol because we use PetzLife oral gel and it has an alcohol base which we haven't had any issues with. If anyone is concerned about the alcohol though, the animal variety is certainly your best option.
We have a storm moving in now and Spike wasn't interested in the Rescue Remedy so I just put a few drops on a bite of bread and he ate it right up.
