Default sensitive stomach

hello to all, i am a new member and would love to get some feed back for our 8 yr old yorky (cody boy). Cody has had a sensitive stomach from the day we picked him up from a very well know breeder in our area. At first our vet told us to put him on white rice and boiled beef or chicken, which we did. Over the years we have had him on and off this diet and he good for awhile , and then he starts up again. He has been diagnosed with pancreatitis and we have tried all kind of dry food and still he suffers. We do think he also suffer from being a daddy's boy, and sometimes will not eat unless I am home. Currently we have him on Nutra dry food with oatmeal for senitive stomach. He has been on it for about 2 1/2 weeks and was doing great, until ysterday when he vomited. Please note that when he gets real bad he is very lethargic, vomits and has diarrhea for a couple days. this is when we worry most. His overall health besides this is great, when he is not in one of his sick spells he is completely normal.
