Mine are all so different. They definitely know when I'm out of sorts. One sleeps under my arm, one sleeps on my chest, one tries to sleep on top of my head, and one comes up and bites me on the nose if I'm having a nightmare. Of course that wakes me up, then she starts licking my nose like, "Sorry, Mom, just waking you up from the nightmare. Let me fix these bite marks for you."
