hmm to me it looks like they have a lot of dogs, but they look like they are taken care of. I personally don't like seeing all of the animated graphics and backgrounds on websites like that. Other than that there isn't tons of info on their website, so my main concern would be talking with them and seeing their home to find out how the dogs live and how they are being cared for.
