one of my friends has one of the videos. I watched her do it one night, it didn't seem like much of a workout to me. It was more like a walk through of how to do strip tease.
My advice: I have lost 40lbs so far on my diet, I took a college nutrition course, and I stick to the old annoying advice of healthy diet and excercise.
Do no less than 60min of cardio a day (some say 30minutes, I think 60 is more effective, but 30 to start out slower) and watch your diet. I count calories.
