i didn't neuter. my boyfriend was totally against it. we wanted to breed him. as time went on he developed the "bad behavior." he has to wear belly bands and humps his toys. the humping doesn't bother me much..but the belly bands are a pain and embarrassing to explain. next boy will be neutered even if it causes a divorce. lol..
