Welcome..and congratulations...
I recommend all new moms go to the vet after whelping for a check...did you see both placenta's? New moms tend to pant..make sure she has a spot in the bed that is not too warm for her to lay down...I place a heating pad under the box and at one end only. It is normal to want to be hand fed and not want to leave the babies...insist she go out to potty and exercise her legs....good luck |
