how old is your pup?? Pepper's were up when we got her at 11 wks. I started shaving the top 1/3 of her ears at about 4 1/2 months old and they have always stood up. is your pup teething?? sometimes they droop while they are teething I guess it's kinda like ear aches when skin babies are teething
