Its XS - if I can wake Sam up long enough then I will try to put it on him so you can get an idea from his measurements. Its a halter and leash set.
I bought it for him when I brought him home - at the time - it was the only thing I could find small enough for him. He only 1/2 wore it - for about 10 minutes on the way home and its been in the drawer ever since. It was way big on his lil butt when I brought him home.
