lol at trying to explain Lubbock to your hubby. I guess you have to see it to understand. You sure are right about the wind and dust! Of course all the construction they have going on does not help. I love it here though, it is the perfect size city for us...not too big, not too small! My mom lives in Houston...I don't think I would make it living there...the humidity is insane. It's always a shock getting off the plane in Houston...it just hits you in the face!
