I just had my chihuahuas nails cut there once & they were totally incompetent. The nail clippers were so dull that they were crushing and splitting his nails instead of cutting them!!
Then they didn't even file them and he was snagging his nails on my clothes, when I asked them to file them, they didn't even have a file!
Not only that, they acted like they didn't even know how to cut the nails and I had to hold my dog so they could cut his nails!! He is only a 4 lb. dog!! What do they do when a large dog comes in?? Do they ask all the owners to hold their own dog?? Now, I groom all my own dogs, I don't trust anyone!!
