I have the spot bot. I find it does not work as well as good old hand scrubbing. It works ok with fresh pee, but try cat barf, it does not work nearly as well for that even on the set in stain setting. The other issue is, if your carpets are somewhat soiled, the spot bot's cleaned circle will really stand out against the soiled carpet. The Bissel 2x has a great hand attachment with motorized brushes that does everything the spot bot can do, but you do have to attend it.
