I'm glad everything turn out okay.
I know when I took my yorkie to the groomers they charged extra to take out mats. They were really nice and taught me what I needed to keep her hair in tip top condition. But I don't think that was usual they just thought she was wonderful. The store manager came out and said she was welcome any time.
