She-ra's your options are

ultrasound, detecting fetal heartbeats at around the 25th day from first breeding but wont tell you the litter count

a blood test can be done about 23 days (mid gestation) which is the same time that your vet can palpate the fetuses.

experienced vets can tell a pregnancy by simply feeling the abdomen at about 20-30 days after conception and a some what accurate litter count.

an xray after about 50 days where you can get a litter count as well
