These little guys really take over your heart don't they? My husband is reading over my shoulder most of the time. I really think he should get his own username.
Do you have a name for the parasite yet? If you do, you should consider reporting her to the humane society or animal control in her area. With a specific illness it will be easier to get their attention.
Reporting to AKC would be a good idea as well, but I'm not sure what penalties if anything they have for sick animals. I think they just worry about the record keeping.
But unfortunately, you're most likely not going to see any money from this lady. That's why the contract is written the way it is. Most people would never send their sick pup back for a new one. Puppies are not like items from Walmart.
Sad as it is, she's most likely a puppy mill or a puppy broker. Greeder is a better term than breeder.
