I'm doing an art project to draw awarness to the pet overpopulation in my county. I need LOTS and Lots of collars- I don't care if they are old, dirty, worn out etc. After they are used for the project, they will all be donated to the rescue and shelter.
So if you have any old collars of any size (even cat collars will work) and don't mind sending them to me to use for the project, let me know and I can give you my address.
I don't have much money to spend on this project, but I would be willing to pay shipping charges if you need me to.
The project is sort of TOP SECRET right now... but once I start on it I will post pics of it.
