That is hard to answer because there are but that doesn't mean they are balanced. Some people follow Dr. Pitcairn's diet but make sure to get the newer edition of his book because the old one is a bunch of nonsense in my opinion. You can also buy a recipe from BalanceIT's website. You can either buy the one that uses BalanceIT or the one that uses human supplements. I would go with the human supplements. Ultimately I think talking to a nutritionist is best though. I would not just go buy a book and trust it without researching...
