The lady who helped me at Vitamin Shoppe uses it for her cats and always puts a dropper full in their water. From reading around on it it seems like a lot of people keep it in their dog or cat's water on a daily basis. We wont need to do that but it does seem like a very mild supplement that you don't have to worry about overdosing or any harmful effects or even being all that precise with dosage (agian I am going to check with my vet
).
