As far as I know febreeze is not harmful to animals. I wouldn't spray it ON them :P but I think it's fine for them to be around it. I mean after all - they show the woman spraying it on the doggy bed, right? :?

We sometimes use pourable lysol for the floors but most of the time we use Johnsons and Johnsons floor cleaner. But we make sure it's rinsed really well.

I think a good rule of thumb would be to only put on your floors what you yourself would be comfortable walking in or laying in... If it irrtitates your hands or feet, make sure it's thouroghly dry before your animals walk in it..

Like w/ bleach - rinse well and let dry before animals or you touch it. :-)
