Phoebe could not even keep water down. I went to one urgent care center and they said there was a 2 hour wait and referred me to another local one. The Vet was very concerned because Phoebe was dehydrated and her belly was very extended and swollen, (but she looked the same size as when her vet released her!) she also said that Phoebe was very depressed. She took xrays, and it seems Phoebe has an Ileus, She will be hospitalized with IV fluids, antibiotics and pain meds, if she responds to the treatment, she should be home in a few days, if not she will have to have surgery. I am bottle feeding her boys every two hours. Their weights are 5.25 and 5.35 after their feed. I hope I am feeding them enough because they stop nursing and then I get them to pee and poop. Please keep Phoebe and her babies in your prayers.
