The first few pics are some of the matting that was on his legs.... it was RIDICULOUS!!! His legs LITERALLY looked like he had growths on his legs. You will see in one pic his toe nails are sooo long that they lay over sideways in order for him to stand. The haircut he has is not so lovely BUT.... much better than it was, his poor legs were just awful. He will get to go see a groomer & get all jazzed up & even

I'm lost who is Randy? Was he one of the guys at the kill shelter? He wasn't the one that was posted as a Yorkie was he? You did a wonderful job with him. And, what a sweetheart. Did you find out how he ended up there? Happy Fourth by the way everyone Elaine
