A parti yorkie is a yorkie with a color variant. They can be AKC registered. They can not be shown in AKC shows. There is no standard for color placement.

The biewer originated in Germany. The biewer clubs are trying to get this breed recognized by AKC. They have a standard of tri colored heads, white legs and tummy and at least the tip of the tail must be weight. Their tails are not docked. The rest of the standard...such as weight and hair type is the same as for a yorkshire terrier. Biewers are shown here in rare breed shows.
