OOohhh! I so LOVE these dresses. Phoebe is 17 weeks old and measuring about 9" in the chest, 6 or 7 in the neck, and 8-9" in length...not sure if I should get xs or s...for now or later...? She was 2.2 lbs at 14 weeks.
