I was there crying for like 45 minutes, I couldnt believe it! After making my decision and thinking that it was just a simple kennel cough and that I could take her home with me tomorrow I was told she had to stay for a few more days and ONCE AGAIN was offered a store credit for a future puppy or the choice of trading her in for another pup.
Today I will go back to see her and the other pups. I am devastated. I will keep you guys posted. |

That is just horrible, I wish your pup all the best health in the world, and you too! May I ask where did you purchase the pup from? I am from New York and would like to spread the word about this place so that this dosent happen again in the future!!
