There are many things you can do, they main objective is to keep it hydrated.

The best thing you can do is to lather some aloe vera very generously on all the spots and sitting near a fan or AC vents. This will help soothe pain and prevent you from peeling.

Another alternative is to grab a towel and dip it in milk and place it on the places that are burned for 20 minutes.

Another thing that really helps is to fill a bath tub with water and grab like 10-20 black tea bags and put them in there and sulk your body there for 20 minutes. If this is too much you can make a pot of tea (cold) and just put a towel in it and place it on the spots that are burned. This will stain the towel.

Another alternative is to take a shower with baking soda.

Make sure to drink plenty of water because the main reason your skin peels is because it dehydrates.

As disgusting as this sounds but it really works you rub apple cider vinegar on the burned spots. The smell goes away quickly.

Also, you can mix lemon with cold water and sponge it onto the skin. This will help prevent blistering and peeling.

All these are great remedies with things that you have in your home. I hope this helps. The main trick is to keep the skin cool so that it heels without peeling.
wow I've never heard of those. Thats really good to know. TFS!!!
