This is a very unfortuate situation. The Nigerian people are, overall, very poor, and are trying to find any way they can to make money. The government is very corrupt and condones the scams rather than trying to stop them, simply because it's a source of income. It has become a way of life for many of the Nigerians to run these scams simply to find a way to survive. Bad situation overall, but I still do my little part to stop it. Dishonesty isn't the answer to any problem IMHO. |
I doubt if the average Nigerian see any money from these scams.
