Have you brought anything new into the house? New clothes? blanket? cushions? carpet? cleaners?
If it's allergies, you need to find the allergen that is causing these problems and eliminate it. When Miko had problems with this awhile back, we literally washed walls trying to eliminate whatever could have been causing the problem. We keep a very clean house, but something was causing the problems..We found out he was allergic to a new blanket we had purchased and another problem with the vents. As soon as we eliminated the allergens, he got better pretty quickly.
