if the other tooth is already coming in and his tooth is loose- it probably won't hurt him to pop it on out by playing tug-o-war. Or you could simply try to wiggle it for a few days to see if that gets it out. He will probably fight you and wimper, but you probably aren't hurting him. otherwise youcan just wait for it to fall out on its own - as it seems that it should do soon since it is loose.
