That's odd.
Since you finished the meds less than a week or two ago, something isn't right.
If you go to the vet and they can't decide what to give, you might want to try Neopolydex. It is what Ellie's vet uses and it worked well for us. I think it is more of an off-label thing for dogs though, so I'm not sure you can get it there.
Ellie's conjunctivitis was bacterial.
