When I was having this problem with Daisy (she still barks some) I looked into collars that let off a sound that was irritating to a dog, when they bark. I found them on ebay. I've also heard of putting coins in a can and shaking them when they bark. Basically any sound they don't like, they will start to associate with the barking and hopefully stop.
