JMO, someone who has THAT many breeds, I don't care how clean the place is, it's a mill. There's no way that with that many dogs and his "hybrid designer dogs" that he can give each one personal attention that they deserve even if their place is really clean. To me, it sounds like a breeding machine plant, even if the guy is nice. I'm sure he is totally nice, but that doesn't mean that he couldn't be running a mill. The dogs may be treated better than most other mills, but in the end TO ME it looks like a mill. |
