My solution was to crate them. I bought the biggest wired cage available and put them in it.

hahahahhaha sorry I know I'm not supposed to laugh but that was too cute! Ok Ok I'll stop! Simon has crawled across the gate once but it scared the beejeezus out of him and he stopped. I have read a lot about people getting covers for their x-pens. Or getting a large crate so they aren't so confined. Good Luck
