Only the unethical ones. Most if not all of what a reputable breeder makes merely covers the cost of vet bills, food, genetic testing, health screening, etc.

You may want to try the rescue section here. Also, many times breeders will rehome retired breeding stock for less than the 'going rate' of a puppy.
