I like giving my baby a bath. He is a little jumpy during the rinsing, wanting out of the sink but afterwards I love wrapping him in a towel and cuddling with him. He is only 13 weeks old so he has pretty short hair.
It is very thick though. He has a cottony coat. It takes a while to rinse him. But I use warm water so he likes it after a bit.
I try to do it fast so he isn't in the water too long. I don't want him to freak out.
I've been neglecting his grooming this past week. He had some pretty tight mats around his face and on his legs. I have no idea what it was from but it took a while for me to get them out. He didn't like it one bit. :/
I do try to grab the hair at the base of the skin and then work on the mat but that was hard on the ones on his legs and face. Poor baby...
I think tomorrow I'll give him a nice warm bath and massage him and then we get to cuddle again! lol
